From the Monnet Plan to the Haut-Commissariat à la Stratégie et au Plan. From modernization to transition, 80 years of French planning (1946-2026)

The Institut Jean Monnet is organizing a half-day seminar on the 80th anniversary of the French Planning Commission, inaugurated by Jean Monnet, who headed it from 1946 to 1952. The symposium will conclude with a speech by Clément Beaune, current High Commissioner for Strategy and Planning, and a cocktail reception at the Sorbonne.
